Have they changed their helpline number does anyone know?

Tried 4 times and it says 0800 018 4016 is not recognised

how strange may be they're having trouble with the line? Are you on fb, you could try looking on their page or asking even.

yes I am on fb I will scout around and try to find them. Bad timing seeing as I need advice LOL :)
