dd2 letter about referral is through....

but not the actual appointment, just a letter aknowledging her referral to the paed. and its the same one we saw before,he said dd2 was perfectly normal. mind you that was connected to her walking and oh she is hypotonic. i hope that i get the other one on the day and not him.

Misdee- you can ask for a specific paed, i did with dd and was told that it might take longer but my gp asked for him by name and we got him.

Yes i agree with socci, at our last visit to the paed i told him of my concerns re dd who we think is showing AS traits the same as ds did and his attitude was "well you are the parents and you have already been through this with Ds so lets keep an eye on this,

we do think we are being fobbed off with dd as we think she is CP and not benign hypotonia, our HV agrees as well as our friend who has a CP son so we are going armed with reasons as to why we think so and see what he says!!!

oh good luck jenk.

i am going in with a list of my own and hopefully one from pre-school as well. they want her checked so hopefully in sept when she starts mursey support will be in place and maybe we can get her into the enrichment group.
