Take your own notes, ensure YOU have who you want there and appointment a lead professional you trust. Ask for reports ASAP and make it clear your there for a reason and not just to fill professionals in on what's happening in your family life.

You want decisions, actions and dates for completions Grin

I can't help with advice hun but will be keeping a close eye on this thread as just started filling in the CAF forms this morning!

My main piece of advice is:

Don't put anything you don't want all professionals to know
Remember this is your CAF and so you should be asked who you want (no more than 6 professionals)
Lead professionals are very important and you can be lead if you so wish
Male sure you have smart targets, specific, measurable, achievable, reasonable and timed
