Do reports/assessments go out of date?

I mentioned to my DD CAMHS worker how the Connors questionnaires and another few that I completed were now roughly a year old and how they don't truly reflect what is happening now. Schools, in particular, would now be a lot more informative due to the difficulties she now has as this time last year there were no visible issues.

It's got me thinking as the Connors questionnaires were completed a year ago wether they would be out of date for diagnosis purposes? Can I request them re-doing? I feel that the assessments completed early on in the diagnosis process are no longer valid and don't give a true picture of my daughter 12 months later. Does anyone have any experience of this kind of thing.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. My DD is 12 and her difficulties seem to be increasing and she is definitely struggling more now than she was 12 months ago particularly in school.
