LA haven't responded to our appeal within deadline. What do I do?

We should have had their response by 28 October (last Friday). The tossers. They've only had since 8th September to get their response...

Any idea what to do? Our advocate hasn't got back to me yet. Should I contact SENDIST?

Have you spoken to someone like IPSEA or SOS:SEN. They can probably point you in the right direction for who to talk to.
