So I sent in DS's forms and all his evidence today and they should get there tomorrow. Do my payments stop now while they consider or do the payments carry on until they decide?

When does it run out or are you asking for it to be looked at again?

usually it will continue unless it expires

It runs out at the end of January, just before DS turns 5.

In that case should be paid until then
