Transferring statements

Quick question - if you move schools to a different county but you still live in the old county,which LA has responsibility for the statement?

Doh! Trying to get away from our rubbish county and have found a lovely school over county lines!

Is it mainstream? If so it should not cause too much of a problem. We get loads of children from other LAs coming to mainstream here.

Yes, it's mainstream but I was hoping to avoid our current LA's continued involvement in the statement!
