Hi i have downloaded the request for stat assessment of the ipsea site and need some advice please . I am guessing in the part about my childs educational needs i put down all dd's issues ( for want of a better word ) i.e speech , sensory , lack of concentration e.t.c ?
Now i fall at the reasons for believing the school can;t make their own provisions bit . Would that cover things like dd needs supervision during meals as she will fill her mouth with food , needs lots of guidance for her safety and that of others , oh i feel useless .
Also do i send copies of her reports from Paed, Salt , O.T e.t.c ?
