Got the Final Amended Statement today

Parts two and three are rubbish (different to the last rubbish though) but expected that and will appeal but part four names the independent school and we have transport when we expected another fight there tbh

Have a proposed start date for 31st October and the school will provide an A level course in school just for ds (never had a child capable before)

That is great news that you have the school you want confirmed. Congratulations and good luck with appealing the rest - but the school is the main thing.

I'm hoping the solicitor goes in hard and advises then she will ask the Tribunal to award costs if we are forced to go to Tribunal after all the messing about they have done so far which might dissuade them from trying. They also have the LGO to answer to in the next few days so it's not like they are off the hook just yet

It's worth getting Parts 2 &3 beefed up as these sections are the justification for the independant school in Part 4.
