The LEA have backed down, they will be issuing a final statement naming the independent special school.

I can't believe it. Have been in bed poorly all day so only just checked the emails.

I'm shaking and jumping with joy.

Can I say thank you to each and every one of you who have put up with my moans and rants for the last few months.

What on earth will I do with myself now? Well after I have complained to the LGO anyway Wink

Well I'd like to say I'd be the bigger person and put it all behind me now I have what I wanted but not a chance when I have the statement in my hand I'm starting a new complaint with the LGO After all I'll have plenty of time to concentrate my efforts there instead Wink

Ellen I think it will be after half term as we'll need a transition plan but I'm not too bothered about that. He's got his place and he'll be going eventually Grin
