The following is an extract from the Inclusion officer when fishing for information. Got it on email as I managed to dodge his call and advised it might be better if he emailed as trying to chat was difficult during the holidays (plus have forwarded it to solicitor for advice before responding)
"I've also been told that you're in dispute
with the LA and that matters may go to Tribunal (SENDIST) and possibly Judicial Review. Thankfully, I don't have to be involved in any of that as far as I know."
I'm disappointed that he'd consider me so gullible

is he at fault ????

if he is dont give him a drop of info , let him stew , from my experince i expect he deserves it

I consider them all culpable tbh, he's been wishy washy and ineffective but he has been cut out of the decisions process. I don't for a minute believe that his email fishing for info isn't pre meditated nor wouldn't he pass anything he learned onto the LEA's solicitors

the "impartial" parent parntnership were made to ring me up by ep to ask me about dropping sendist tribunal , do they think parents are idiots. I said you must be joking it is april 1st isnt it. all the backhandedness about a vunerable child. if i havent experienced it for myself I would think people on here were overaxagerating.

Lol. Our SALT did similar. They kept her out if tribunal discussions etc as she was making home visits. I found it odd that they did not put someone do close to ds up as a witness and expected them to at some point.

She suddenly imposed a surprise assessment on ds and told meci had asked for it. I allowed it. The following day the LA applied for a last minute 4th witness.
