SN children

Here are some suggested organisations that offer expert advice on special needs.

Staples has some good (and cheap) stuff which would be ideal for those who use visual aids with their children

Such as large wipe clean boards with empty grids that can be filled in with relevant pictues (using the pen that comes with it) to make a monthly planner.

Also have little packs of peel off stickers with words like 'doctor' 'party' 'swimming' 'no school'.

It cost about £10 and I thought it would be great, especially if introducing words and pictures.

I was tempted to get one for our household, but think I will stick to our mothly calendar as dd likes referring back to things we have done and looking forward as well.

They also had weather and date ones.

I love Staples.
