Can any one offer me some advice

My friend has just had her nuchal scan and combined blood tests results back as 1/5. Understandably she's distraught at the moment. My question is-as a good friend how do o best offer support? What would have helped you?

you would probably be better of posting on this board [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/antenatal_tests_choices]], as the majority of posters on here didn't have their children's SN diagnosed until after birth, so wouldn't have been in your friend's position. there's also meant to be a v good impartial helpline/charity, ARC, www.arc-uk.org.
