Obtaining chair's notes - Tribunal

The Tribunal don't keep transcripts of hearings only notes from the chair.

I have applied for a copy as we weren't there.

The Tribunal say this is exempt under s 32 FOI Act. However, I have not applied under the FOI as I am a party to proceedings.

I have asked why I cannot access these records under the DPA and they don't appear to be able to answer me.

Anyone got any experience of this?

No experience of this but have you asked the Office of Commissioner UK? They might be able to help.

Sorry, AT but your OP made me LOL at them not being able to answer you. It's just one unprofessional, badly thought out issue after the other isn't it?

But you'll wear yourself out trying to address them all on your own. If you figure it out let me know, but otherwise we can add it onto our list of easy hits for our group.

I'm after them for a review or I wouldn't bother.

Agreed - it is another one to add the list!!
