Dss is 14 and is on a one day suspension from school (behavioural ss)

How the Hell can I get through today? He started with the shouting and swearing as soon as I got him up and is refusing to do anything. I need him up and dressed as we I have to be out by 9.

I'm struggling already.

Luckily dh is early tonight, I have a governors meeting at 4 so only 7 and a half hours to go, I'll keep focussed on that I think.

I feel a bit calmer already and haven't even posted yet!

Thanks for replies, he did eventually get himself sorted after I threatened to wash and dress him myself. My favourite line of his from this morning was 'i don't know why you keep moaning at me, don't you know I have behavioural problems?' I actually laughed out loud at that one.

He's bouncing back and forward between helpful and nice (when things are going his way) and Fucking horrible.

I was unprepared for today, I phsyc myself up for after school and weekends.

I really need to crack down on him. Dh and I were talking last night and I have to supervise him more. I know he can't make good decisions for himself but its so bloody hard.
