Legal people: Can you include THIS in a DPA request to the school?

am v v rusty on all this. but definitely wouldn't be legally privileged (as that just applies to getting advice from lawyer) and wouldn't be "without prejudice" as wp correspondence is settlement offers etc, can't see how that might apply to a DPA request. not sure as to confidentiality as to the contents of a DPA request though, I must admit.

oh well. i look stupid then as copied it from another website and had to submit today.

never mind though. can't get everything right.
