Skin to skin.....what would you do?

My DS is 5 and has HFA. Just recently he has started to enjoy being skin to skin with me so his belly on my belly. I mentioned to his OT and she seems to think its a bit inappropriate at his age and to try combat the habit now.

The only think is I don't want him to think I am rejecting him.

don't mean to hijack, but does anyone elses dc have a 'thing' about belly buttons? he loves them, wants to see everyones. I think he just likes the idea of a little hole your finger can go in...

Not here thank goodness! That would drive me insane

Well the best thing my DS said to me was...he was looking at pics of me pregnant and was asking why my tummy was like that.....he then asked if my tummy was still like it.....I asked his opinion and he said "yes" lol gotta love them x
