Tomorrow is the last day for responding to the review on childrens cardiac services - for the North East this would mean either Leeds moving to Newcastle or visa versa.
Obviously we want to keep the specialist team that does such fantastic work with transplant & ecmo & berlin hearts here in the north east

There are 4 options for change - options A,B & C include the Freeman. Option D would see the service go to Leeds
Even if its just a simple " I support the Freeman Childrens Heart Unit"
or whatever unit you want to support in the review
I think you are ideally placed to comment on other things such as being in hospital and the effect it has on the family etc...
