I am a registered childminder who has recently started looking after a nearly nine your old who today has been diagnosed as having ADHD. He is a lovely lad & mum said that when being told what the diagnosis was he turned round and siad ok, that helps but what can i read about it. I would love to be able to point his mum in the right direction of books that he can read & relate to and also that both she & I can use as reference books to help him learn how to manage his life now that a diagnosis has been made.
I have no problem caring for him, already care for an Asperger's child, plus a dyslexic & a hearing impaired child. Just want to do what I can to help them both.
