Government must urgently order a high-scale reform of paediatric wheelchair services

Thought this might be of interest.

Not before time! In our trust if a child can mobilise indoors by crawling or any means they do not qualify for a mobility aid this includes buggys aswell as wheelchairs, our trust is dire!

I wont hold my breath. Dd is totally quadriplegic and we wait months for an appt when she grows out of her chair. And forget powerchairs if they cant use a standard joystick :(
