At my wits end, i dont know what to do anymore

My ds 12 behaviour is out of control and i just dont know what to do anymore, we can ground him, stop internet use, phone use, tv use, confined to room but it doesnt make the slightest bit of differance, he shouts, hits, smashes things up, he lies that much noone believes him or trusts him anymore, he cant go threw 1 lesson at school without disrupting it, and now he has been excluded till tuesday, iv sat and cried for hours 2day cause i really just dont know what to do, he wont talk to me tell me whats wrong, when i ask all i get is verbal abuse, sorry for ranting on, im totaly down and frustrated on where iv gone wrong. he has been refered to CHAMS, Edu Psy, Pead, but im still waiting to find out what they think

call the school and make an appointment to speak with the SENCO and HT. have they been using a behaviour plan or anything to date? ask what they are doing to help. ask what you can do to help.

call CAHMS, find out which ed psych he has been referred to and call them. call the paed's sec. ask them all for a cancellation appointment as you need to be seen asap. crying on the phone will not hurt if you can't get through it without.

call your own gp and make an appointment to discuss the issues from your own pov. ask if there is anything your own gp can do to help you.

tomorrow is another day. cup of tea and chin up, you'll get through it.

has the behaviour been escalating or has he always had difficulty with social situations/ boundaries/ anger?

Just remember there is ALWAYS a reason for negative behaviour. And stop thinking it is something you have done wrong. By the look of it you have tried every which way to help him to understand his behaviour. I would say there is a real issue somewhere along the line and not of your doing.
