to decide if my son gets his statement or not. They said they would ring if they finished before 5 if not tomorow morning. Fingers crossed its today as another sleepless night is not welcome!

Yes he got it! I rang them 20mins ago, dunno why they didnt ring me. Shes sending the draft tomorow and my EP has said she will visit to check it over. Lady told me it says his needs would be best met in a behavioural/learning school, so at least I wont have to fight for the Special school I want

Only taken 8months of stress!!! If it wasnt for the fantastic EP I dont think we would have got it. Shes just emailed and is coming on 27th to read through it before I have to send it back. TAC meeting on 28th at his old school and the deputy head of the special school is attending, so everything is finally coming together after having the stress of trying to home teach him for 6 months

good luck with the proposed i must have read mine about 20 time front to back for about 3 hours after it arrived I can actually recite certain phrases word for word.
