Flavourless toothpaste?

Somebody mentioned such a thing as flavourless toothpaste in an old post.
This would help enormously with my AS 9 yo who hates the taste of all toothpastes (mint, fruit, etc) and kicks up a huge fuss daily about brushing teeth.
I'm looking for something with fluoride in it, otherwise in my view we may as well just brush with water. My dentist says that ds could use an adult toothpaste, as long as he doesn't swallow it (hah, fat chance).
I've been googling around but not come across anything suitable.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

my son loves the kids aquafresh mouthwash. we do that in the mornings and then struggle with conventional brushing in the evenings..

DS gets an extremely mild one off the dentist on prescription i'll have a look at what its called.

we also have fluoride tablets as well as toothpaste of the dentist.

It's called Duraphat by Colgate.

Duraphat? Who thought up that name? Thank you for looking up it up.
Having checked out Duraph-(sorry, giggling again) and Blanx, it seems they both have a mint flavour or at least menthol in the ingredients.
Before I spend the big bucks, could you reassure me that these are indeed less minty than your average toothpaste, if not completely flavour free?

Oooh, I really want to know the answer to this too. For a while DS1 would tolerate listerine kid's mouthwash in the non-mint flavour but they don't make it any more (and it was ££). If we could find non-flavoured fluoride toothpaste it would be a wish come true!

swiddle if it's for a child it can be oredered on the dentists prescription free.

I think someone mentioned an Asda own brand mild mint one. Haven't bought it yet but at least it will be cheap!

I got it on prescription it's not mint free just very mild DS tolerates it [just] but he says he hates the texture of the toothpaste as well.

Plus we didn't pay for it I got it on precription for him.

MIL says Sainsburys Basics toothpaste (at the princely sum of 17p for 75ml) is tasteless.

I was given duraphat by the dentist and told it was dangerous for the kids! maybe check it out before buying.

We buy OroNurse on Amazon. About £3 a tube but worth every penny as my NT daughter refuses all flavoured toothpaste.
