ThomCat · 16/11/2005 17:19

tamum · 16/11/2005 17:21

MB, did you not suspect just a teensy bit when she was baka last time and posted on your thread about HLA and co-dominance?

Blandmum · 16/11/2005 17:24

The penny had dropped before that, but I would have realisd at that one! I'm not quite that din

tamum · 16/11/2005 17:26

Enid · 16/11/2005 17:34

Miaou · 16/11/2005 17:40

why did she change? Every time I saw her name it gave me a warm snuggly feeling

What's a baka?

anniebear · 16/11/2005 19:02

Yes I dont like name changing either!!!!!!!!!

I have got to know quite a few of you and value your opinions then I get all confused and dont know whos who

It doesnt take much you know!!!!!!!!!!

Twiglett · 16/11/2005 19:04

really? that's a shame

was there a reason or was it just boredom

I like jimjams (as a poster and as a name)

Saker · 16/11/2005 20:01

Yes it only dawned on me fairly recently .

baka · 16/11/2005 20:13

Jimjams head exploded on a vaccination thread. baka means idiot in Japanese and is a reminder to myself that I have lots to do and shouldn't be wasting time arguing on mumsnet.

A name change is amusing every now and then- you get very different responses (and often none at all!)

Blandmum · 16/11/2005 20:23

LMAO at the meaning.

You lost me completely at one point and I remember thinking, 'Oh a nice new poster called Baka that Jimjams will have a lot in common with '

Dur!

Merlot · 16/11/2005 21:45

I hadnt realised either [dimwit emoticon!]

Baka or Jimjams - I think you're lovely!

clary · 16/11/2005 22:15

MB -lol at your last post

Saker · 16/11/2005 22:32

Oh Baka - I hope your head didn't explode arguing with me; I can never resist a good argument and like you say, I ought to know better.

baka · 17/11/2005 09:06

Thanks for thinking of me btw doormat- I'm touched

doormat · 17/11/2005 20:42

didnt want sj thread to be hijacked
glad you are ok

OP posts:
sis · 17/11/2005 20:46

I only realised after 'Baka' posted on the anyone's kids not the brightest in the class' thread and the post had such a strong stamp of jimjams on it that I assumed you had changed nicknames. I agree with anniebear, please don't keep changing names - life is difficult enough already!

dinosaur · 18/11/2005 10:52

I twigged a while ago but not until after I'd posted on a "baka" thread! Then felt very ...
