hi lovely ladies i have been getting middle rate dla for my daughter for the past year now was told to try for higher rate and have been waiting 12 weeks from them to get back to me phoned them yesterday to be told that they had not looked at daughters claim yet so came off the phone to them and contacted an msp will this go bad for me with there decision because i have now let my msp contact them thanks in advance for your help x
