Not sure if there is anyone uses this site for whom this will apply but the link is

www.rnib.org.uk/livingwithsightloss/yourmoney/benefits/dla/Pages/dla_higher_rate_mobility_changes.aspx

Anyone who is registerd blind and is under 65 should be contacted by the dwp according to the RNIB info to see if they are eligible for the increase from low to high mobility on sight grounds applies. In our case this didn't happen and I have today rung the DLA helpline who seem a little unsure of the process they are using to ensure people are aware of this change which came inot being from this April.

If it may apply to anyone it may be worth checking out the RNIB link and chasing the dwp to see if it applies to you.
