doe's anyone know who should attend review meeting? i phoned lea yesterday re another matter and was told a letter was sent about review on thursday, we didn't get any letter.i had to phone lea back today to say if i was able to attend as it's being held 30miles away and i don't drive (dp has to take time off work to take us) i have just been told that nobody else can make the meeting but it is still going ahead, lea said she phoned everyone and invited them yesterday afternoon as they had forgot to send any letters out. can lea hold a meeting without any input from tutors, health etc? was also told there was multi agency meeting last friday about my dd, we didn't get invited to that either.

I am assuming this is early stages and not part of statementing etc
You should have been invited to both
For ASD we had a diagnosis meeting - the multi-discp team met first and then we went in for the second half when they gave their verdict. There was supposed to be someone from education there to tell us what would happen next but they did not come. Usually health try and set up an education meeting soon after, this is just to make you feel something in happening it does not always mean they have come up with a plan yet.
They could just discuss the reports with you but I would be surprised if the MDT have written one yet. Perhaps you should call the Paed's secretary and ask if they have sent any report to education. If so they should email you a copy
If they have no reports and no-one is there then it will probably just be a meeting where they explain what support might be available.

dd is 17 starting residential college sept if we get funding, nobody has had any input into the review and haven't been asked for any views etc. nobody knew about the review till yesterday when lea tried to phone health etc to invite them, but with such short notice nobody can attend and they don't have time to send any comments etc. we have just found out that lea didn't realise till yesterday that dd review is 6 weeks overdue.

dd has a statement

Oh ok.
Well in that case if its a review of a statement they should have sought reports I think about 6 weeks before and shared all reports 2 weeks before the date. Its in SEN COP. I think you would be perfectly entitled to ask for it to be put back until 2 weeks after reports are available. Unless you are happy they are going to give what you want eg the college place. If they are planning to amend the statement they should have sent you an amendment notice I think.
Sorry I don't know much about transition at 17 but it should all be in COP
