So grrrrrr! Thought part 3 was 60% there which is pretty amazing for my LA.

Reading part 2 properly and they have fucked me right off!

Sorry for the language. Need wine!

Wine Wine

Sounds like you need a few glasses!

And some for my EYES. Part 2 really takes the pee. It's all shining about how well he has done under their provision when it's all bollox.

Aparently ds also has a learning impairment now too, which he didn't have last statement. So it's all down to him if he doesn't learn then........

Okay, - tis finished. Finished it at 2pm this afternoon but couldn't bring myself to email/send it.

One of the wierd things is that they have included reference to all their reports pre-tribunal but none of ours pre-tribunal. I mean they are out of date now anyway, but Confused.

Pretty much re-written the whole of part 2, but only cut and pasted from reports so shouldn't be too contentious. The issue of course is where part 2 meets the needs. No LA person, as usual, has made any recommendations.

Our own EP has, but he recommends an ABA programme to be carried out in an independent school. - Grin

Well done, has it gone now? Time for Wine , to late to [whine]

EllenJaneisnotmyname · 17/05/2011 19:39

too late. Note to self, bloody preview it.

The issue of course is where part 3 meets the needs.

Thanks. Started on the wine at 5pm, which is why I was scared to email it. Probably needs one last sober check.

It's tricky. They have halved the SALT provision from what it was. I have doubled it from what it was. Scared of being forced into the £1600 for an ICAN assessment, but already booked a provisional appointment.

So, if you're reading LA spy, that's our position.......

bloody hell star, as if it isn't hard enough without knowing there's someone watching all your moves! I hope it all seems reasonable in the morning, it's so draining isn't it. Dd3s went off friday, still waiting to hear from the lea what they think but like you I just copied and pasted from their reports so hoping for the best. Good luck.

StarlightMcKenzie · 17/05/2011 20:27

I post far to much to think it is likely that an LA spy is watching ALL of my moves. But the problem is that you never know when they are about.

TBH, given that it is 'out in the open' to some extent. I don't know if it is even such a bad thing to publish their nonsense letters word for word here.

I did remember that you are at a similar stage. Good luck with yours. Not something I thought would be such a central role in my life, even when we got a dx, but I guess it is just my life now - and yours Sad
