How do I go about making a complaint about a paediatrician?

Title says it all really.
She's trying to muscle her way back onto ds's case and would like to nip this in the bud.
Are there any websites anyone can recommend / pro-formas?

I sent a hard hitting letter to my sons old paed and at the same time asked for a referal to a london paed that id googled. I never heard off the first paed again,lol
