Bloody hell that is absolutely disgusting. I hope the lot of them get sacked.

The photos, although blurred, will eb easily recognised by their parents.I would sue if it were mine.

I have just checked Wilfs pass and its the local council who issued it and not KCC!! I am still angry for the other parents though!!
