Proud mummy moment

Last night my dd1 attended her football team end of season presentation awards and she got Most Improved Player of the Year runner-up! I was so proud I nearly cried! She may not conform to what school think as 'normal behaviour' but at least at football they recognise her extra energy has it's advantages.

:) That's lovely :)
DS came 3rd in a fencing competition today - I wasn't so much proud about that, but for the first time in the 6months he has been fencing he actually concentrated and looked like any of the other kids. In fact some of the other mums even commented that he just wasn't the child they knew today!

That is fantastic Smile my dd aged 4 (social communication and speech and lang delay) expressive language is getting so much better, her friend was getting on her bike and she said to her "jane are you getting on your bike now" I was like Shock and loads of other examples. In her parent meeting at preschool she is now playing more with other children not on her own.
