DS (almost four - ASD) is currently obsessed with Octonauts. He is learning the names of lots of sea-creatures.

While he was watching DH observed that DS' nappy was rather full and like a "giant codpiece"

"No! Not a giant codpiece Daddy - a Giant SQUID!"

Ha ha. What is it with that program DD1 loves it too has even named her dolls after some of the creatures in it. She is totally obsessed with bloody gigglebiz and her current joke is "Knock Knock"
"Who's there?"
"Bear"
"Bear Who?"
"Bare bum"
Funny the first time, the hundreth time not so funny!!!!

lol, book report by DS 7 the last Q was - what happened in the end? The Index

StarlightMcKenzie · 06/05/2011 20:32

LOL, but LOVE 'The Index'!

My favourite one of all time was an NT 4yr old answering to the question 'when will you be 5?'

His response 'At my next birthday!'

FlaminGreatGallah · 06/05/2011 21:14

There was one a couple of weeks ago, I was roaring at it, someone's DC putting raw carrots over their eyes and saying something about seeing in the dark. Very funny.

I was chatting away to DS3 (16w) in a way that I only do when I think nobody is listening! I had just called him "mr cutiepants" when DS1 said "But mummy, DS3 doesn't wear pants, he wears nappies".

FlaminGreatGallah · 06/05/2011 23:05

Ha haaaaa! Your DS1 is very funny.

But now I am broody for a little baby to change with the manageable sweet-smelling tiny poos they do.

God, how my life-expectations have altered!
