Statement portable ??

We find out on May 19th what the LA are offering, school & LA EP are really positive and quite convinced we will get something. Not sure what as the LA EP has requested 27.5 hrs.

If we where to move county do we take this statement (if we've got it of course) with us or do we have to go through it all again ???

My understanding is that the new LA will respect the statement temporarily until they can reassess. Different LAs do things differently and would be unlikely to just follow suit. Not 100% on the details, though.

The sen COP says that the statement must be followed until it is due for review, when the new LA can then change it.
