Ikea's ironic competition....something to make you smile

Just thought I'd share a funny moment with you all.

We dropped into IKEA on the way back from one of dd many hospital appointments at the moment to buy (yet another) highchair as she's had problems being able to sit.

After what seemed like an eternity queuing with a very irritable / crying dd who couldn't see because of the eye drops the hospitals had used, IKEA announced over the tannoy that we had just won the 'happiness lottery' - anyone who know us would have demanded a recount! Wink. Have to say after all the things that have gone wrong in the past year it really made me laugh - now who said that the Swede's don't understand irony....Smile

Even better we got the highchair for free!

Maybe the year has finally started to turn around.

It makes me laugh every time we use the highchair! Even better, dd can actually sit unaided in it (hurray!)

I'm off to start an IKEA appreciation club Wink
