You need to look at the 'Education and Associated Services', which covers educational and schools clubs, sports, breakfast and after school clubs, inter school sports, excursions etc.

Acts are 'grounded in law' therefore more meaningful and more likely to be adhered to than the SEN COP, which is more guidance.

Oh thank you I will The HT will support me, I want the LEA to fund extra support so that dd can access a school residential trip. The AR is this coming week so I want to get it in the statement in good time for the residential.
