DS1 just did something special....

He jumped on the chair with me (whilst I was browsing MN!). I said 'I love you' and he looked at me and definitely said something that sounded like 'I love you' back. He seemed happy with himself. It has brought a tear to my eye! He has been more verbal this last week even though not clear words. I have heard him whisper the name of his favourite train a couple of times.

DH commented y/day that he seemed more verbal and has changed recently. I have noticed a few thing like him waving goodbye to his brother at nursery (without prompting) and playing with different toys/looking round to see what he can play with.

Hmmm, fish oils or just a developmental leap?

Whatever, am letting him stand on the edge of the sofa to celebrate his achievement (tho am not looking as not to encourage it!!).
