Verbal dyspraxia - who gave you a diagnosis?

DS is turning 4 in two weeks time and has been seen by speech therapist and is in a special speech and language development unit in a nursery. The more I read about verbal dyspraxia, the more I feel that he "ticks the boxes". He has been tested by pead and psychologist, and is seen by speech therapists every week. Salt is using the Nuffield program for Dyspraxia; But nobody ever mentionned dyspraxia. I would like to know who gives a diagnosis for this? Many thanks!

He doesnt have any other dev issues. Just language; which so far has been a 'severe delay'. But at this stage, and very slow progress of intensive speech therapy, I feel that i should push for a 'second opinion' diagnosis. I just dont know who to ask
