puberty already!!! daughter who is 9 with global learning delay...how do i explain??

My daughter is 9 years old and has already started puberty with her breasts budding,few hairs under her arms and pubic hair. Really worried at how im gonna explain this all to her..do anyone know of any simple books with lots of pictures, so we can sit down and go over things together??

I bought a book called 'taking care of myself' from Amazon. It has a clear layout and some drawings. I found very simple discussions at bathtime were helpful. She began her periods at 12 (now13) and is managing well. She wears the M&S cropped top style of bra for easy dressing.

This book is aimed at people with reading/learning difficulties.
Im not sure how good the pictures are in this title, as I havent looked at it,though I know from other books in the series that they are very pictorial.
