She's not happy.

Possibly too much chocolate and pizza (her birthday yesterday - appears to have been given 18 tons of chocolate by her friends)

Currently throwing stuff around. I have told her she will be picking up everthing and she will pay for anything broken. I am gnoring her.

This is not going to end well.

Oh heck sounds bad.

We had Dd3 stamping her feet so hard last night at bedtime that it was rattling the house, no damage done though luckily.

Do you have a trampoline, I find that 10 minutes bouncing can clm Dd3.

No real advice sorry just sympathy.Smile.

i'd love a trampoline but the garden is too sloping. she went out on her bike for all of 3 minutes but came back still wound up.

going to be a long evening......................

If garden is big enough, dig a trench for the legs and/or a pit for a trampoline. So long as the tramp bed is level and there's enough space below it, it should work. They are great for de-stressing. Perhaps try one out somewhere just in case she hates it. And next time keep the chocolate for yourself! Grin
