I'm a childminder and have DD1 (AS) and DD2 being assessed. The only problem it causes really is that we have quite a few medical/CAMHS appts and I can't take mindees with me. That means parents sometimes have to find cover at short notice. I gave notice to the parent who used to get very aggressive about that and the ones who are left have back up they can arrange easily.
