Anyone got one of those wagtail raincovers with sleeves for their child's wheelchair?

Someone is trying to make me one to fit a Maclaren Major but all the pics on the internet only show the front view so we can't figure out how it secures on the sides and back. All we can see is that the bottom is elasticated to fit around the foot plate. Can anyone give us any info on how it fits?

Ah yours is slightly different cos it doesn't have sleeves. The one I saw was like this

It's probably just the same though - elasticated at the bottom and slits for the handlebars?
