If anyony could help I'd be gratful. Basically we have a final statement, which to say the least was pretty rubbish. Have appealed and am going to tribunal. However, lea asked for me to put in writng all the admendments I wanted and asked me to cross reference them to reports.
I did this however, they are ignoring some on the grounds that I have not worded them exactly as were in the orginal reports. This in most cases is either because to do so would basically make part two a list of quotes which made no sense when you read them, or because several people have made the same comments and I've summeraised what they've all said.
Can anyone give me any advice on this please? Are tribunal likley to see that my wording is within the spirt of what was stated but makes it more readable or will they take the view that it has to be 'specific quotes'. If the later how is it that the lea can sumeraise the reports in order to write paragraghs but seem to be saying I can't?
Any advice would be helpdful.
