the only size 7s i know of are from pampers in the states and libero in the uk

www.bmsupplies.co.uk/p-739-libero-size-7-childrens-incontinence-nappies-diapers.aspx

however from what i gather dependent on waist size the true next step is the extra small 'adult' nappy
which has a waist size of 18-26inch from most brands hope that helps

missed this link this site has a good break down of waist size to pad size

Do you get them from your incontinece service, sprouts?
If so, can you ask for samples of the next size up - although actually from experience I think that even if you are getting them privately from ths nappy company, they will let you have samples.
I've had free samples from attends and also from Hartmanns - I just rang up and asked!

Unfortunately there are no bigger sized children's nappies than a 6/7 available - even outside UK. The manufacturers say there is no demand! The ex sml adult nappies are the next size up - however even if they fit ok around the waist/hips sometimes they come too high up the waist and show above trousers or are too bulky between the legs etc. If that is the case a shaped pad and pants may be a better option :-)Starfishmummy is right -just ask for samples to see which is best fit :-)

Dd2 is in fixies (at night) and as the others have said 'they only go up to a 6' which is a shame as we find them the best out of all the other samples we had.

PromoCon is a national charity (part of Disabled Living)and has a helpline run by a product specialist and qualified staff (paediatric continence advisor and occupational therapist) who can answer any questions about nappies e.g. what is available/where you can get them etc etc - 0161 834 2001 www.promocon.co.uk :-)
