DLA - forms

Hi everyone,
My friend receives DLA for her ds, the forms have come again for her to re-apply.
She is not sure what information is required, does she start from scratch again as a new claim?

Also does she need to send any evidence?

she eneds to fill in all the forms again, and to back it all up again. if we could only writem 'still the same, same consultants, same problems' it would be so much easier.

I hope she kept a copy of the first one so she can just copy out most of it and add anything that's changed. Don't envy her

Can she send the same evidence as before, will this count? larsxx

Yes I think so, but maybe add a couple of things more as presumably he has greater difficulties than his peers now with the passing of time?
