Just got through to the neurologists secretary who said she sent the results to DS paed on the 7th February!!!

How the hell hasn't he got them yet?

What a bloody joke!

Definitely a complaint through PALS. If the paediatrician doesn't have the secretarial support required to update the system, then he should be complaining to his bosses, rather than given below par performance. you might find also on your pct website a 'how did we do' type performance. I would fill it in if only to act as a vent!

That's ridiculous! I know the internal post in the NHS can be slow, but thats so slow its almost backwards! Angry

This is why we get annoyed at professionals. Sometimes they're just not very.... professional. Makes you wonder if he just forgot to check so blamed it on the post. Angry

Oh hanaka, definitely call PALS tomorrow, they can take all the stress out of dealing with it for you. You shouldn't be having to deal with all this.
