Just after some advice.
School applied for statement Jul 10, we were given a note in lieu, which we are appealing, tribunal set for June 11.
However, DS (15) finishes main-stream at the same time. We are trying to get him to look at colleges atm.
School and LEA tribunal svcs are currently trying to persuade us not to go to tribunal. As DS won't be remaining in school, the statement will have no effect etc.
Wet - I know you have said before that you didn't get a statement until late for your DS, I presume he stayed on at school?
I also have a massive complaint going through the GB re the schools lies and inaction over the last couple of years.
Do you think it is worth persevering with the tribunal?
