I want a maclaren major but can't afford one, is there anywhere that would fund it?

Last summer i bought a major on e-bay , we used it a handfull of times but it was very useful for days out, i then had to sell it due to moving house, dd2 wanting to walk more and lack of space, i bought a cheep 2nd hand mountain buggy which was great but dd2's head now hits the hood, i wish i had kept the major.

We tried to get one through the pead and OT over a year ago and have never heard anything Sad. I don't think dd's needs are great enough for her to warrant having one through OT (she will walk but when we go out for the day its hard work as she covers her face and refuses to walk). Are there any charities which will fund a major? or are there any company's which loan them out (as i only need it for the summer)?

Can you look on eBay again? You should be able to re sell for a similar value after the summer.
