Statement help needed from - Welsh mums

I've had the proposed statement for my son aged 3 with ASD, severe language problems, GDD.

I'm concerned that no dis application has been mentioned with regard to use of Welsh language - he can't cope with English let alone Welsh too!!!

Has anyone had this problem? What did you do?

There is a section in Statement nearer end...you write to LEA Officer and ask for ds to be dissapplied from Welsh on his statement (sorry if you have already done this)...it doesn't come up in proposed maybe...only final (like school).
but cant remember?
Phone LEA officer to check first hun...as it might only be added to 'final' one:)
