DLA question

Hi am new on here and have ds 4 who has SPD and in ASD testing process. Am filling in DLA form and wondered if I have to send the day diary part or is it just for helping fill in the form? Thank you for any help, will be glad when the form has gone!

i sent all of it back. if they don't need that part they can dispose of it but if they do and you don't send it it's going to cause a hold up with your claim

Thank you, have never had to fill in something so difficult and don't want to give them any excuse to send the form back.

Omg I didn't do a day diary was I meant to??? Oh well too late will be something to do if I need to appeal :) I gave them a cheeky ring yesterday with supposed extra info ( to say I'd forgot to put down that dd has been assesse for fair access to carers breaks respite and is entitled to it just waiting for amount) when really I wanted to see if decision made yet!! No decision- so more waiting!!

dont worry i didnt do a day diary either i got my DS's DLA it was ok
