After what seems like ages we are about to finish our Hanen training. It has been fab - both dh and I have really enjoyed it for a number of reasons - time out as a couple ( sad I know!), meeting other parents who we have become friends with ( esp. for dh to met other dads), seeing dd1 make progress whilst undertaking this.
She has gone from saying one word sentences to the other week - daddy kick ball!!!! ( of course that was said after she was videoed - monkey)
It really has a number of good strategies that we are now also using with dd2..... she is now saying bye bye - rather cute .....
I was very apprehensive about the value of this and the time we had to commit but I am so glad we did....
